Electrical
Our machine shop manufactures components for semi conductors, low and high voltage insulator hardware, molds for epoxy insulators used in power generation plants, copper and aluminum conductors, and buss bars used in electric power generation plants. All components manufactured and machined are designed and engineered per customer specifications.
Steel & Transportation
Machining and manufacturing of new and replacement parts for rolling mills and slitting mills for both the bar and sheet metal industry. We have rebuilt gearboxes with bearings, shafts, couplings along with machining many other maintenance parts. Our machine shop also has rebuilt axles and wheels for in plant movement of materials, and light fabrication material handling and storage of products being processed in plant.
Bottling & Decorative Lighting
We have rebuilt, machined, and remanufactured bottling line components and conveyers. Our machine shop also has experience manufacturing parts for the specialized lighting industry for convention centers, churches, and auditoriums, to customer specifications.
Gas
O&S Machine Company serves the natural gas industry by machining special nipples and sleeves for the transportation of natural gas through medium and high pressure lines. Our manufacturing has also provided replacement parts and maintenance items upon request.
